Chucho Espina is a young mezcal genius. Curator, designer, mezcal producer, he set up an alambique in his own bar and he will let you distillate a personalized mezcal with the herbs you like!. But first he will take you to the market and walk you through it with eyes closed in order for you to open your sense of smell. You will learn and get amazing ingredients that you will process and (as a perfume) distillate and take home you own mezcal! Meanwhile you can enjoy the terrace with a view and enjoy the Botanic & Local Traditional food. (With a twist)
